Improved Inhaler,I have seen catalogues
for both Nelson and Maws Inhalers and this appears in neither,perhaps
someone knows otherwise?.nonetheless a wonderfull transfer in sort of two colours.I cant decide if its a 2 colour print or just the effects of ageing. |

Singletons eye ointment.This vessel
is stood on a small foot which the user held,whilst the small
depression on the top held the ointment,which in turn was covered
by a small circle of greaseproof paper. The idea being that the user gathered a small amount of ointment on the paper and applied it to the eyes. |

covered E.T.Wall Keighley(on a metal tag top front of jar)-No
markings at all-The Fullham pottery.The first recovered from
Keighly,the other two from our house,unmarked in the barn,the Fullham from an excavation when building new steps in the garden.The largest is approx 24" high.No idea as to contents of either,largest possibly ale or cider(on account of bunghole).(He said bunghole huh huh huh-beavis and butthead anyone?). |

VIROL 6" These are quite common and as you can see contained bone marrow.c1910 available in 3 sizes,this being the middle size. |

I dug this recently and believe it to be a Ginger jar(but dont quote me)c1900. |
| Rock Blue was a laundry compound,made from around 1860 through to the first quarter of the 20th centuary(when it came in a cardboard box)This one predates 1904 as there is no mention of king Edward(as on the later examples. |
