Without a doubt the rarest of the Tippers bottles.This is one of only six known.Tippers made animal medicines.So this might have been a vetinary,s bottle. The reg no dates it at 1904. |

I think these irregular hexagonal poisons
are fairly easy to find, apart from the colour and size( 1 1/2oz
3oz 6 0z). all are identical except the green which has Rd No 334871 embossed on the back.This registration number may refer to a design taken out by Lewis&Towers in 1899. Looking at my How old page,the date certainly holds out. |

Patented by A.W.Martin in 1902. The bend in the neck is to stop any spillage even if the cork was left out. It has a curved ribbed base so has to be stored on its side.Rare |

Wilsons Bone Setter,5 Inches tall. I have seen references to Bonesetters in relation to the Medical trade they practised homeopathic techniques and were the forerunners of the modern chiroprators.A nice bottle and scarce,could be considered rare. |
